What is Depression?

It is a major depressive disorder and is very common, it can largely affect the individual’s normal life and the way an individual thinks. It results in a feeling of prolonged or overly repetitive sadness and loss of interest in activities that were once enjoyed. Types of Depression

Major Depression

    Depression Treatment

    There is no effective treatment for anxiety and depression. Mild depression treatment may not require complicated prevention methods and simple daily habits such as exercise and reducing stress may improve symptoms. Prevention methods may be required for severe depression treatment; this may include medication, however antidepressant medication has shown to be addictive due to physical dependence that may occur over time, and may worsen depression symptoms if stopped abruptly.
